Took me about ten minutes to twist it into the ground with the included rod, and the anti-reversal pin gives me real peace of mind that it won’t budge when I yank the hose around. Solid purchase for anyone without a wall to mount to.

The auger screw went in straight on the first try thanks to that mounting rod, and the anti-reversal pin gives me real peace of mind that it won’t wiggle loose after a storm. Solid grip in the ground, and now I can actually use my hose without tripping over coils.

Took me maybe five minutes to twist it into the lawn with the mounting rod, and that anti-reversal pin makes me confident it’s not going anywhere even with the hose yanked around. Perfect solution since I don’t have a wall near my garden spigot.
