Set this up on my front lawn and the rectangular pattern actually reaches the full width without me dragging the hose around. One pass covers the whole strip, though I did have to dial the range down near the flower bed so it wouldn't overshoot.
The twist-and-click dial makes it so easy to set the spray width, and I had the whole side yard covered in one pass instead of moving it around. Even watering at the edges of my 3,600 sq. ft. lawn looks even now.
My backyard corner used to be a dead zone no matter how long I ran the hose, but the rectangular spray pattern hits every inch of that dry patch now. It dials down to just the left side when the neighbor’s dog is out, which is way more precise than my old round sprinkler.
