After wrestling with kinked, heavy hoses for years, the anodized aluminum couplings on this one are a game changer—they feel rock solid and glide right onto the spigot. It stays perfectly limp and easy to drag around the yard, even in the sun, and the grip collars make disconnecting a breeze.
The 3-ply construction makes this hose feel much sturdier than the last one I owned, yet it stays surprisingly soft and pliable in the heat. Those anodized aluminum couplings threaded on without a fight, and the anti-kink design really does hold up when I yank it around the flower beds.
The crush-resistant aluminum ends feel way sturdier than the cheap plastic ones on my last hose, and the grip collars make it easy to twist on even when wet. It coils up without fighting me, which is more than I can say for anything else I've owned.
