The sensor caught a slow drip under my water heater within minutes, and the alert hit my phone right away. Being able to check on it remotely while I'm at work gives me real peace of mind.
Got a notification on my phone within seconds when the washing machine started leaking, way before I would've noticed the puddle. The sensitivity is genuinely impressive, it picked up just a thin film of water. Peace of mind for the basement, honestly.
The thing caught a slow drip under my water heater that I never would've noticed until the floor warped. It alerts my phone within seconds, and since it runs on the same app as my sprinkler timer I didn't have to set up anything new.
