The auto retract is smooth—the hose winds itself up without me wrestling with it, and the 180-degree bracket means I can pull it to the far side of the patio without moving the mount. It's held up fine through a full summer of sun, no fading or cracking on the housing.
The 180-degree swivel bracket is the standout feature for me—I can park the reel against the shed and still reach the far flower beds without dragging the whole unit around. Retraction is smooth and genuinely kink-free, and after a full summer of sun it hasn't yellowed or cracked a bit.
Finally, a hose reel that actually holds up. The auto-retraction is smooth and the 65 feet winds back without a single kink, even after dragging it around the garden all afternoon. The UV-resistant housing feels solid, so I'm not worried about it cracking after a full season in the sun.
