My drip line kept popping off the old connectors, but this one grips the tubing between .620 and .710 inches so tightly that I haven't had a single leak since I swapped them out. And it fit all three brands of 1/2" tubing I had lying around, which made the job way easier than expected.
Finally a coupling that actually fits the tubing I already had—the .620" to .710" outer diameter range covered both my old lines without any leaks. Took about two minutes to snap on and tighten, and it's held up through a week of daily watering so far.
