Heavy-Duty Brass Hose Mender 58372

My old hose split right at the middle and I figured it was trash, but this brass mender screwed on tight and saved the whole thing. The brass feels solid, no rust after sitting outside in the rain. Way cheaper than buying a new 50-foot hose.

Fixed a kink that split my hose right in the middle, and this mender screwed on tight with no leaks. The brass feels solid, way better than the plastic one I tried last year. Two seasons in and it's still holding fine.

The brass fitting clamped onto my 5/8-in. hose without leaking, which surprised me since the last plastic mender I tried popped off within a week. Only gripe is that you really need a screwdriver with some muscle to tighten the clamps down properly.
